Arco Fit Gym & Wellness was born from a shared passion for training and a dream to create the perfect gym. In 2019, Jeremy, Matt, and Jason met at the gym, each pursuing their own fitness journeys but quickly bonded over their enthusiasm for health and fitness.
Matt had a vision of building the ultimate training space — one that would be rooted in science and proven methods, not fads or trends. He shared his idea with Jeremy and Jason, and together they set out on a mission to bring this dream to life.
Fast forward five years, and Arco Fit opened its doors, offering a space where every decision is made with the members in mind.
